| Bio: | Name: Kain Highwind What world they came from: Final Fantasy IV Birthday: October 25th Age: 22 Species: Human Occupation: Kain was the Commander of the Dragoons, a military fighting force used by Baron. This was put on pause after helping to save the world for his quest to reach the summit of Mt. Ordeals. Dragoons are famous for their agility, and often attack from the skies with their signature jump/dive move. Appearance: Kain stands 6'3", but due to his wiry build, he isn't that impressive. His skin is lightly tanned, and he has long blond hair, pulled back into a ponytail, and light blue eyes. He wears light, tight fitting dark blue armor, the helm of which stylized in the shape of a dragon. He will always be wearing this armor out in public (given the circumstances) but may relax enough in his own room to take it off. Under his armor he wears a simple light blue shirt and tan pants. Special abilities/talents: Kain is a very agile man, and his jumping ability is almost supernatural, due to his training. He is highly skilled with the spear, lance, javelin, and pretty much any other pole arm, though he is capable of using other weapons. He's nothing to sneeze at in a fight. It's not for nothing that he was elected Commander of the Dragoons, after all. Personality: Kain's personality is nothing short of abrasive, when he decides to let it loose. He is impatient, quick tempered, selfish, stubborn, and proud. He also has a tendency to be jealous of those who get something that he wants, and won't hesitate to let them know it. Some would also fault Kain for being overly realistic or pessimistic, depending on your attitude. He doesn't trust easily, and even if you may think that you've wormed your way into his heart, chances are you haven't. Despite all this, Kain does have a decent side. He tries to do what is right the majority of the time, and due to some of the things he's done guilt is pretty much his middle name. He shows a caring side to those he counts as his friends (though there aren't many of them) and even puts them before himself, sometimes. Reputation: Before Baron's quest for the crystals, Kain was viewed as an honorable, upstanding member of the court, and one of the best commanders the Dragoons had ever had. After the conflicts over the crystals were finally settled and the world saved, most of the public viewed Kain as nothing more than a filthy traitor, despite King Cecil's best efforts to prove otherwise. Here, Kain will probably be known as a gruff, distant, sometimes downright unpleasant man. | |||||||||
